WILLEMSTAD - SEPT 2019: After a long, tiresome weekend, Banco di Caribe takes home the 2nd place title at the Goals4Kids 11th annual inter-company soccer tournament fundraiser. Fundashon Tuma Mi Man has always received funds from Goals4Kids in order to cover the costs of daycare for the less privileged kids.

After 11 years of organizing the Goals4Kids soccer tournament, the event has gathered 22 companies to participate in the inter-company fundraiser, with several companies hosting two or more teams. Banco di Caribe was more than happy to have been one of the main sponsors of this event which raises funds directed towards less privileged kids. Fundashon Tuma Mi Man is an organization that aims to improve the quality of life of the children in our society and to offer support for their families.

The organization makes sure that the children receive love, attention, and care; they also stimulate development, including guidance with homework. Their services include breakfast, a warm lunch, sandwiches, fruits, snacks, and drinks. It is important for a child to feel safe and comfortable in an environment; therefore to reach its goal, the organization relies on volunteers and fundraising activities to help make this possible. 

Goals4Kids has raised over ANG 50,000.00 this year with the inter-company soccer tournament. BdC is proud of its participation at the event and its contribution to the improvement of the children’s lives.
