Your Debit Card transactions at payment terminals are completely free.

How long will it take before I receive my Debit Card?

You can pick up your Debit Card ten business days after we have received and approved your application.

What should I do when my Debit Card is lost or stolen?

Pleace report a lost or stolen card immediately.

You can swipe at all merchants displaying the maestro worldwide logo

Can I change my PIN?

Yes you can change your PIN at any Banco di Caribe ATM

What do I need to do with my Debit Card before I travel abroad?

Before traveling abroad please contact the bank in order to activate your Debit Card for international use. You may activate your card on BdC Online or if you are not a BdC Online user you may visit our branch. Please ubmit your request at least two (full) business days prior to your departure.
